This tool does NOT submit rankings to the HSE
This is a personal planning tool only. It helps you organise and think through your intern post preferences. It does not connect to, interact with, or submit anything to the HSE. You must submit your final ranking separately through the official HSE intern matching portal. Using this tool is not a substitute for completing the official process.
Data accuracy
Post data (hospitals, specialties, rotations) is sourced from published HSE lists and official documents. While we work hard to keep information accurate and up to date, you should always verify critical details, such as rotation dates, locations, and eligibility requirements, with the official HSE sources before making final decisions.
No guarantee of outcomes
This tool provides preference ordering assistance only. We make no guarantee or representation about post allocation outcomes. The HSE allocation process is entirely separate and independent from this tool.
Your account
Sign-in via Google is optional and exists to save your progress and keep your data secure. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page, or by emailing support@medpath.ie.
Cost
This tool is free to use. There is no commercial relationship between you and the tool. We do not charge fees, sell premium features, or accept payment of any kind.
Limitation of liability
This tool is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tool will be available at all times, free of errors, or that the data will be perfectly accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this tool, including, but not limited to, any decisions made based on information presented here.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will note the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
